Equipment Yard Filling UpFebruary 11, 2010 – In our last update we showed some of our backup generators getting put into our equipment yard, and this time we’re showing the installation of some PureWave UPS System gear, and a substation that will convert power down to 480 volts just before it enters the datacenter building.
Generator InstallationFebruary 5, 2010 – The equipment is beginning to be installed in our backyard! As evidenced by these photos, the Cummins generators are going in. The back-up generators are arranged in an N+1 configuration, for added redundancy.
