Security Systems

May 6, 2010 – Datacenter security. Practically all facilities have some level of it, but how much? Take a look at our lobby security station, multi-factor authentication mantrap with door detective technology, even our vascular (vein) scanner, and it starts to become clear. Phoenix NAP security systems are definitely designed to meet next generation needs.

January 15, 2010 – Entry, Mantrap and Power Alley

Our building is really starting to take shape now and this week we’re showing a few areas that are nearing completion. The security station at our front entryway is coming along, with its bullet-resistant glass and controlled access.

Also, our sliding mantrap doors are in place as shown below and the power alley that will contain our PDBs is taking shape.

November 2, 2009 – Mantrap Construction

The construction of our mantrap is underway. When completed, it will feature a multi-factor, five-point authentication system through a combination of keycard use, PIN entry, and an iris scan. All visitors will be required to pass through the mantrap to enter our datacenter and/or view our meet-me room.
